Alluvial & Rock Gold Ore Processing EPC Plant

This set of mineral processing machines including ball mill, spiral classifier, shaking table, gold centrifuge and wet pan mill is widely used for alluvial gold ore and rock gold ore beneficiation.

Raw gold ore goes into ball mill or wet pan mill for grinding to liberate gold particles locked inside gangue. Spiral classifier works together with ball mill to classify ore pulp, return coarse particles back to ball mill for re‑grinding. After grinding and classification, gold‑bearing pulp enters gravity separation stage. Shaking table recovers coarse and medium‑sized gold grains, while gold centrifuge captures fine and micro‑fine gold particles. This gravity separation flow features simple operation, low energy consumption and high gold recovery rate. It is suitable for small‑medium scale gold mine EPC mineral processing projects.
