Rotary Scrubber
This GTS series rotary scrubber, also known as trommel scrubber, is heavy-duty ore washing and screening equipment. It scrubs and breaks sticky clay from alluvial ore, gold ore, manganese ore and gravel, and separates materials by built-in screen section. Capacity ranges from 30–180 t/h. It adopts gear & pinion driving structure, stable operation, ideal for high-clay mineral pretreatment before gravity beneficiation.
GTS Rotary Scrubber (Trommel Scrubber) is integrated washing and screening equipment specially designed for minerals with high sticky clay content, such as alluvial gold ore, manganese ore, bauxite and gravel materials. Inside the rotating drum, materials tumble, rub and collide with each other to dissolve and peel off clay mud. After scrubbing, the built-in screening section classifies materials into different fractions. This machine adopts reliable big gear and pinion transmission, riding wheel support structure. The feeding size can reach up to 230mm, with throughput from 30 t/h to 180 t/h. It is widely used in placer gold washing plants, mineral processing lines and aggregate washing projects for desliming and pre-washing, greatly improving the efficiency of the subsequent gravity separation process.
