Hard Rock Gold Processing Production Line

 Hard rock gold (lode gold) processing line is a complete beneficiation system for extracting gold locked inside quartz & sulfide rock veins, totally different from alluvial gold washing plant. The standard workflow includes 4 core stages: crushing (jaw/cone crusher), fine grinding (ball mill + classifier to liberate gold grains), separation (gravity concentrator, flotation machine or CIL leaching), concentrate upgrading and smelting. We supply customized plants ranging from small 1–10TPH portable units to large 50–500TPH fixed mining factories. The line achieves 90%–95% gold recovery rate, supports multiple separation combinations based on ore properties, runs stably with low wear parts cost, and serves hard rock gold mines across Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
