1、 Firstly, attention should be paid to the reasonable use of mobile crushers
①. In general, as long as the crusher can continue to be used, the electrical interlocking system of its oil pressure cannot be removed under any circumstances.
②. For safety reasons, personnel are not allowed to approach the rotating surface of the crusher or stand inside the rotating surface during the operation of the machine.
③. During the operation of the machine, no one is allowed to reach into the machine to retrieve raw materials or other items.
④. The raw materials supplied to the crusher should not be too large and should not exceed 0.85 times the size of the feeding port.
⑤. The mobile crusher must be unloaded during startup and there must be no materials inside the machine. A crusher is more suitable for crushing rough and medium hard ores, so its crushing is not too small.

2、 Prepare and inspect the machine before operation
①. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to first check whether the lubricating oil is normal, sufficient, and whether there is any blockage or oil leakage.
②. Check whether the various instruments of the crusher are intact and accurate. If any problems are found, repair them in a timely manner to ensure that the instruments can indicate correctly. Before operation, it is necessary to adjust the ore discharge port in order to smoothly remove minerals.
③. Before starting, it is required to start with no load, so the first step is to check whether there is any ore or other debris in the crushing chamber of the mobile crusher. If there is, it should be removed in a timely manner.
④. Before operation, check the tightness of the V-belt and locking spring. The tightness should be moderate, as being too tight or too loose can easily lead to accidents.
⑤. Check if the electrical interlocking device is working properly, check if there is any looseness in the connecting bolts, and tighten them in a timely manner.

3、 Operation methods to pay attention to during startup
①. When starting the machine, the first thing to do is to start the vacuum system.
②. The second step is to wait for the machine to receive the signal for the next process flow before starting the jaw crusher with no load.
③. After the mobile crusher can operate normally, continue to start the trough feeder and then it can be transferred to feed the ore and start working normally.
