The inspection work of the ball mill itself includes the following points:
1. Pay attention to check the looseness of the screws of all parts, especially the looseness and breakage of the lining screws, which will cause slurry leakage; this work is carried out every time the shift is handed over. Check the fastening of all the connecting bolts of the ball mill unit, if any looseness is found must be stopped and tightened.

2. Check the wear of the sand-returning spoon head; regularly check the wear of the lining plate, and it should be replaced when it is worn to a certain extent.

3. Pay attention to the coarse discharge or spit balls of the grinder.

Next, check the oil supply system of the ball mill:

1. Always check whether the oil pressure is normal, and it should be kept at 1.5 ~ 2.0 kg/cm2.

2. Check the oil quantity and oil temperature, the oil temperature should not exceed 30℃.

3. Check whether the oil flow distribution of the main journal is uniform.

4. Oil viscosity and cleanliness

Ball mill motor inspection work: mainly check the motor temperature, and its temperature rise does not exceed the allowable value.

Finally, the inspection work of the ball mill classification equipment:

1. Check whether the blades of the spiral classifier fall off and whether the rotation is stable.

2. Whether the feeding pressure of the cyclone is stable, and whether there is leakage or blockage.
