1. The operating time and working capacity of the flotation machine depend on whether it can maintain the normal operation of each part. Therefore, every part of the flotation machine should be carefully checked for 3-4 months, especially the new flotation machine should be checked frequently during the initial use to determine its quality.

2. To ensure the correct operation of the flotation machine, it is necessary to provide regular training or guidance to the operator. The operator must be fully familiar with and understand the machine.

3. The inspection of the flotation machine must be skilled personnel to avoid unnecessary damage.

4. When the flotation machine is in operation, it is necessary to check whether the oil cap is tightly sealed to avoid mixing other impurities into the oil; in addition, when filling the flotation machine, it is best to use a filter to filter out the impurities .

5. Before starting the machine, check whether the parts are tight and then start; in the correct order, pull the gate switch and then press the start button; after starting, it is strictly prohibited to touch the rotating part with the hand.
