10 t/h gold ore processing plant in Swaziland was a project contracted by Hengchang Mining Machinery. We provided hopper, trommel screen, jaw crusher, hammer crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, hydrocyclone, belt conveyor, shaking table, leaching tank, desorption and electrowinning equipment, including electric instrument, pipeline, technological structure, and other installation engineering.

At this plant, the materials will be screened by the trommel screen, under 2mm materials go to the shaking table directly and the big materials will be crushed by the jaw crusher, the output materials will feed to vibrating screen separate out bigger particles and smaller particles, big particles (+50mm) return back to jaw crusher for re-crushing, 0-50mm particles go to the hammer crusher, and then get the 0-15 mm materials go to the ball mill to grind super fine size(0.074-0.4mm).

After grinding, all the materials go to the shaking table to be separated and then leaching, desorption and electrowinning. Gravity separation with leaching are a good way to separate the gold, the recovery rate can be 98% which widely used to concentrate gold ores. This project had been completed successfully, and our customer gives us a highly praised.
